As the weather becomes colder, the leaves start changing colors. It is officially the fall season for the golden eagles. As Halloween approaches the eagles do not have to worry about returning to school the next day because they are off with their first week-long break of the season. Students are ready to go on vacation, take the time to relax, and catch up on some things as they take a nice breather before returning and preparing for the next couple of busy months.

Here is what Central Regional staff and students have planned for the upcoming fall break!

Isabella Alexander is a 2026 graduate who has participated in Central Regional’s Volleyball program all four years. She is very well involved in Central Regional’s clubs, such as Newspaper club, Discovery Club, Photography Club, Renaissance Club, and Travel Club. Isabella is happy to share her thoughts and plans for her fall break, as she waits for November 1 to make its arrival.

“I plan on hanging out with my friends and enjoying time off of school, I am excited to have this time off so I can really focus on my college journey without my other school work getting in the way,” Isabella said.

Briann Blair is a 2027 graduate and the Vice President of her graduating class. Briann has played field hockey for four years now, and she also enjoys being involved in many Central Regionals clubs. Here is what the 2027 class Vice President has to say about the exciting week approaching.

“I am glad to say I will be touring colleges in Florida and enjoying the warmer weather there. I will also be spending a lot of my time playing field hockey, and going to the gym.”

No matter how the Central Regional community spends their well-deserved week break, whether that be going on vacation, sleeping in, or catching up on some work, this week is well deserved for both students and staff before returning back to school well rested and relaxed ready to finish off their semester strong.
